panel consisting of facilities personnel representing
small, medium and large school systems will discuss
honoring the history of older buildings, community
partnership and involvement with system facilities and
renovation and disposal of older facilities.

Two
concurrent sessions will address the individual needs of
smaller and larger systems. For systems without
facilities personnel the discussion will outline
step-by-step the process for procuring professional
services. For larger systems, the discussion will
focus on prequalification, delivery systems and when to
involve testing firms.
Session five
WATER
CONSERVATION
This
session will focus on conservation practices for sites,
athletic fields and playgrounds. Discussions will
include outsourcing maintenance and grass vs. turf.

in their systems and discussion on hazards and threats
